Delete your account
When you delete your account, your WGvibe profile is no longer visible to other users and your data is deleted as set out in our Privacy Policy.
Delete in the app
- Open WGvibe and go to Profile.
- Open Settings → Legal & Privacy.
- Select Remove my account permanently.
- Choose a reason and confirm the request.
Delete by email
If you cannot access the app, email hello@wgvibe.com from the address linked to your account. State that you want the account deleted. We may request limited information to verify ownership.
Your account and data
Deleting your account ensures that your profile, photos, listings and other account data are deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your profile is removed from WGvibe when the deletion is completed.
Keep in mind
- Simply uninstalling or deleting the WGvibe app from your phone does not delete your account. You must follow the steps above.
- Deleting your account does not cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately through the store used for the purchase.
- Request a copy of your data before deletion if you want to keep it. Once deletion is completed, account access and data-export access are no longer available.
- We delay final deletion of profile data for up to 90 days. This safety retention window allows us to investigate harmful, fraudulent or illegal activity and protect WGvibe users.
- After 90 days, profile data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
- Limited records may be retained where required by law or necessary for payment records, legal claims, fraud prevention or enforcement of account bans.
