The European Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025. The European Commission now provides information about recognized consumer dispute resolution bodies on its Consumer Redress portal.

We are not obliged or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, unless required by law.
